St Johns Bay

In 2022, I bought a few shirts.They are holding up well. In 2023, I bought a bunch of shirts.

These ones are starting to get HOLES in them.

And they aren't that old. The quality between these two years are very different

I bought a sweater and wore it once. It looked horrible.

The pilling was worse than sweaters Ive worn for years. I wore it a second time but I was so embarrassed that I wont wear it again.

I also cant find their website. I keep getting JC Pennys website when I google StJohns Bay.

I purchased a St. Johns bay puffer jacket.

First time washing the filler leaked out ! Its ruined the jacket another jacket, 2 shirts and a pair of pants. Each time I wash clothes now theres more filler coming out.

I would like a settlement. I called JCP customer service and didnt get an acceptable answer

I haved been buying St. John's Bay jeans for many years and love them.

I take a size 14 regular but straight leg, but all I can find now are the skinny ones which do not fit.

I would gladly buy 2 pair if it were possible.

I have tried other brands to no avail, also no alternative but skinny.

If you could help me out and give me any information where I might be able to find these jeans, I would appreciate it. Thank you

The plastic on the bottom cracks and falls apart. I got these as a gift less than 8 months ago, used for about a month.

Purchased white sandals which were cute and very comfortable last year. However, pulled out this summer to wear and the heel on right shoes is deteriorating and crumbling.

They have been in box all year. Wanted to wear more than a couple of times. Very cheap material for nice shoe.

Consider using better products for heels. Bad reflection on your brand.

I purchased SJB Denton boots. When wearing them the felt-like material on the heel and ball of the boot collects and compacts the snow into a hard frozen ball.

When going indoors, it causes you to slip/slide or fall. I used my boots to shovel snow from the driveway this morning and had my boots "thawing" for 20 minutes. Finally I had to pry the frozen ice pack off the soles. I payed 79.00 for these boots.

The nearest JCP store is 120 miles round trip. I hope you stand behind your product and refund my money.

I posted a complaint on 12/16/21 and have yet to receive any response or attempt to resolve my problem with my boots. It would be nice if you stood behind your products.

Bough a black outer sweater in December, washed it once. Today it looks like I've had it for over a year.

Going to buy a different brand as soon as I can, it's frayed with lots of black lint balls all over. Waisted my 26 dollars.

I have purchased many Womens pants and shorts by St. Johns Bay over the years.

In general, the clothing is great. However, newer versions have reduced the size of the pockets, and I can longer carry my phone in the pockets. Additionally, the short pockets cause me to lose items, as they fall out easily.

I will no longer purchase your products unless you return to normal-sized pockets. Thank you.

I love St Johns Bay shoes. They are so comfortable and do not irritate my bunions.

However, the soles of the last 2 pair of flats I purchased is crumbling and peeling off. I do not have the purchase receipt, I just wanted you to know about this problem. A large piece of the sole came off and I rolled my ankle.

Whatever is being used t make these soles, STOP USING IT. I tried sending you a picture but no luck.

I have questions, I need help with pants. I am a paraplegic and I used to be able to purchase pants from JCPenney with an inseam of 40 inches and JCPenney is telling me they cant get them now but I need waist 46 inseam 40 I hope somebody can help me I need about seven pair

They did contact me and informed me they are not the JCPenny Co. , but a very different organization. I thanked them for letting me know.

I have been looking for JC Penney's Made for Life pants for my grandmother. I found out that JC Penney does not carry this brand anymore.

It is their private brand. Also I can not find other pants that are suitable for my grandmother. The ones made from you are good but they are hot. My grandmother and I live in central CA.

It gets hot about half of the year. My idea is why don't you buy JC Penney's Made for Life brand and use whatever is appealing to you to make comfortable clothes for people of all ages to enjoy? My grandmother and I will be highly appreciative and grateful.
